Gilat to acquire Comtech's Satellite & Space segment for $157.5M

Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. announced a definitive agreement to acquire the majority of Comtech Telecommunications Corporation's Satellite & Space Communications segment for $157.5 million in cash. This transformative acquisition is expected to be fully funded from Gilat's existing cash resources and strong balance sheet. The deal is projected to create a company with over $700 million in annual revenue and $80 million in adjusted EBITDA, significantly expanding Gilat's defense capabilities and U.S. presence. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close by the end of 2026.
