Snow, sled dogs and a thousand-mile race across Alaska– Danielle Mummelthei, fourth-grade teacher at St. Paul’s Lutheran Elementary School, will soon experience it all firsthand after years of intertwining education with the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race in her classroom.
