Beginning on April 15, 2025, flights will move to Terminal 1 at Delhi Airport while Terminal 2 is temporarily closed for renovations. This closure may have an impact on T2's lifespan because it occurs at the same time as Noida Airport is expected to open. In the meantime, DIAL is trying to enhance terminal transfers, including testing airside baggage transfer to make travel easier for passengers, particularly when connecting internationally.
