Montreal Museum of Fine Arts Foundation announces transformational gift to shape future of permament collection

The Montreal Museum of Fine Arts Foundation announced a transformational $5 million gift that will enhance the permanent collection, improve the public's access to and understanding of the collection's exceptional cultural and historical value, and support the Museum’s core priorities. The MMFA’s permanent collection, comprising some 47,000 works of art spanning a vast array of cultures, styles and periods, is a true cultural gem that has helped cement Montreal's reputation on the world stage.
