OPINION -- Arizona deserves practical, evidence-based election reforms that improve speed, accessibility, and integrity. Unfortunately, the proposed Arizona Secure Elections Act (HCR 2001) falls short. Rather than adopting this flawed constitutional amendment, Arizona should pursue smarter, better-designed reforms.
