Vineet Kumar Dubey, a 37-year-old assistant engineer, passed away in Kanpur following a botched hair transplant procedure. After Dubey's wife complained to the police, the doctor was charged with providing negligent medical care. Dubey's condition worsened following the March 13 surgery, and he was taken to Regency Hospital, where he passed away on March 15.
