Candidates set for May 19 primary

With the filing deadline for county, local, and district offices – as well as party precinct committeeman positions – now closed as of March 13, prospective write in candidates have until 5 p.m. on Friday, March 20, to file at run.voteidaho.gov. According to the Vote Idaho website, candidates who filed in time to appear on the ballot may also officially withdraw until March 20 at 5 p.m. In Washington County, two county commission seats will be on the ballot, along with the offices of county clerk, county treasurer, county assessor, and county coroner.
