Bismarck, N.D. - North Dakota Secretary of State Michael Howe unveiled the state’s new voting sticker recently during the North Dakota Countyn Auditors Election Conference at the Heritage Center in Bismarck. Haylee Senger from Bottineau submitted the winning “You Betcha I Voted” sticker design which will make its debut during the 2026 Primary Election on June 9.
