It’s Easter time, and like many other festivals, it's time to think about traditional edible treats. Mention Easter and we think Easter eggs – mostly the chocolate variety, which really didn’t come into fashion until the 19th century, but the egg has been a symbol of rebirth and fertility for many centuries.
