Flexsteel Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: FLXS) (“Flexsteel” or the “Company”), one of the largest manufacturers, importers, and marketers of residential furniture products in the United States, today announced that it has entered into an agreement to repurchase approximately 1.28 million shares of its common stock at $47.00 per share from certain members of the Bertsch family, one of the Company’s founding families, in a privately negotiated transaction.
