🏆 New Building: The largest new building application filed last week was in Crown Heights, where PIFR Real Estate Holdings filed plans to build a trio of residential developments spanning a combined nearly 223,000 square feet. The largest is an 84,378-square-foot building at 971 Dean Street, which will house 82 units. The developer also filed for an 82-unit, 73,051-square-foot building at 985 Dean Street and a 64-unit, 65,541-square-foot project at 1070 Pacific Street. All three buildings are planned to stand 11 stories tall. The architect is Kao Hwa Lee.
