MCD lost Rs 312 crore to ‘financial irregularities’: Audit report for 2022-23 tabled in Delhi assembly; lapses in SWM bylaws, ad revenue, parking fees flagged

According to an audit report, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has serious financial irregularities that could result in losses of Rs 312.5 crore.
