The Bombay High Court has dismissed criminal charges against four bar patrons, Tushar Ranka, Darshit Soni, Amit Ranka, and Vikas Shah, who were allegedly involved in an obscene dance performance during a police raid at a Panvel bar. The court found no direct evidence linking the patrons to any obscene behavior or violation of applicable laws.
