Movers: Former CBRE Senior Managing Director joins JLL as lead director of asset management services

Throughout the Texas Triangle, real estate commercial players are making power moves. In Dallas, Partners Real Estate snagged broker Joseph Cooper as an equity partner on its industrial team. Cooper was previously the executive vice president and principal at SRS Real Estate Partners, where he was ranked number seventh among 200 SRS brokers in 2023.
